OUR SERVICES
Design Development & Detailing
It is the process of taking on and developing the approved concept design. By the end of the detailed design process, the design should be dimensionally correct and coordinated, describing all the main components of the building and how they fit together
Design Conceptualization
Design conceptualization is the process of generating ideas for an optimum solution to the design problem. These ideas should stem originally from the product idea and stated definitions of the design problem.
Supervision / PMC of Design Realization
PMC acts on behalf of the owner in large projects or series of projects, and assists the owner in minimizing costs, maximizing return on investment and timely completion of the program. PMC is responsible for overall planning and execution of the total program from definition through to start-up.
Customizations
Custom furniture is when a designer pitches a design to a furniture manufacturer and, if accepted, the furniture manufacturer produces that design. The furniture piece is not something the manufacturer already makes. This would be a new product for the manufacturer.
turnkey solutions
Turnkey Solution ensures a single point of contact for minimizing the risk of dealing with multiple suppliers. Here one team controls and manages the entire interior design project from start to finish.
Visual Merchandising
VM is presenting or displaying products in a way that makes them visually appealing and desirable. Things like the window displays, dressed mannequins, the arrangement of running shoes on a wall, and fresh fruits organized by color are all examples of visual merchandising. The point here is, visual merchandising is all about using artistic product displays to capture the attention and interest of shoppers.
